You're the gatekeeper of customer service, no customer of yours will walk out the door unsatisfied. You are a motivator for others, you drive sales through the roof and customers see you as the face of the No Label success story.

You'll be responsible for:

• Making sure the customers receive the best service possible
• Manage a team of sales assistants
• Monitor store performance, on all aspects
• Motivate, lead and guide the team
• Oversee store processes run correctly and coming up with improvements where needed

We're looking for someone who is:

• Service oriented
• Strong communication skills, you can keep up a conversation with anyone
• Proven leadership skills or experience
• Ability to create and analyze store data
